The platform consolidates supported Amazon seller information into one centralized workspace, helping authorized sellers and Ecomceptive account-management teams monitor operations, analyse business performance and make informed operational decisions.

Ecomceptive Command Center is designed to complement Amazon Seller Central by providing centralized visibility, reporting and operational monitoring for connected seller accounts.

Seller Authorization

​

Amazon seller information is accessed only after the relevant selling partner authorizes Ecomceptive Command Center through Amazon's official authorization process.

Each seller's information is stored and displayed separately. Information belonging to one seller will not be made available to another seller.

Authorization applies only to the Amazon seller accounts and marketplaces approved by the relevant selling partner.

A selling partner may revoke the application's authorization through their Amazon account or may contact Ecomceptive Solutions Private Limited for assistance with access removal.

Revoking authorization prevents future access to the seller's Amazon account through that authorization, subject to applicable data-retention, contractual and legal requirements.

Data Use and Security

Amazon seller information accessed through Ecomceptive Command Center is used only for legitimate operational purposes associated with the authorized seller account, including:
