Secure Amazon Account Visibility and Operational Management
 

Ecomceptive Command Center is a secure web application being developed by Ecomceptive Solutions Private Limited for managing Amazon seller accounts that have expressly authorized access. The platform is intended to consolidate eligible Amazon seller information into one workspace, helping authorized sellers and Ecomceptive account-management teams monitor account performance and make informed operational decisions.
 

Planned Features
 

Subject to Amazon approval and seller authorization, the Command Center is intended to provide visibility into:

• Products, ASINs and SKUs

• Product pricing and listing status

• Orders and sales performance

• Inventory availability

• Amazon fulfilment information

• Fees, settlements and financial events

• Eligible account-performance and Brand Analytics reports

• Operational alerts and reporting dashboards

The initial production version will be read-only. It will not automatically modify listings, prices, inventory, orders, shipments or financial records.
 

Seller Authorization

Amazon Information will be accessed only after the relevant selling partner authorizes Ecomceptive Command Center through Amazon’s official authorization process.

Each seller’s information will be stored and displayed separately. Information belonging to one seller will not be made available to another seller.

A selling partner may revoke the application’s authorization through their Amazon account or may contact Ecomceptive for assistance.
 

Data Use and Security

Amazon Information will be used only for contracted account-management, reporting, inventory monitoring, financial analysis, operational support and performance-analysis services. Access within the Command Center will be restricted based on employee responsibilities and assigned client accounts. Only authorized users will be permitted to access relevant seller information. Information will be transmitted through secure HTTPS/TLS connections. Credentials and access tokens will not be placed in public repositories or hard-coded into the application. Amazon Information will not be sold, used for unrelated advertising or shared with unrelated third parties.

Pricing

Access to Ecomceptive Command Center will be provided as part of eligible contracted Amazon account-management engagements offered by Ecomceptive Solutions Private Limited. Pricing is quote-based and depends on the required services, number of seller accounts, marketplaces, products and scope of support.
